齿轮泵及马达与柱塞泵内部的零件磨损和壳体的磨损,还有油封磨损,油封老化等问题。泵内部零件的磨损会造成内漏,其中轴套和齿轮端面之间泄漏面积大,是造成漏油的主要部位。磨损内漏是齿轮泵容积效率,造成泵输出功率远远小于输入功率。因为齿轮柱塞在壳体内不停的旋转,必然会产生一定的热能,很容易引起泵过油,加剧零部件磨损。壳体的磨损主要是轴套孔的磨损,(齿轮轴与轴套的正常间隙0.09~0.175mm,大不得超过0.20mm)。
