QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM


Quality System

The supplier should establish and maintain an effective quality management system, conduct internal audits and management reviews on a regular basis. And ensure the quality system continues to operate effectively through appropriate actions.


Product Development & Change

The supplier must establish adequate product develop, review and release procedure. New products should have pilot-run and test in accordance with Conair standards to ensure that the product meets Conair requirements.

Any change related to: product structure, parts and assembly, raw material, color, technology, place of origin, performance, reliability, safety and legal, etc. must be approved by Conair.


Product Process Control

Each work station of production must be under control to ensure the stability of the product quality. Work stations that are related to product performance and quality, as well as online inspection station, the parameters must be set by standard and monitored periodically, related operators must be trained before start working.

The packaging process must take actions to prevent hair, metal fragments and other foreign matter from entering the product packaging.


Quality Control
The supplier must establish adequate quality control processes, these processes should including but not limit to IQC, IPQC, OQC. etc. And there should be adequate process to deal with when any non-conformance is detected.


Production and Testing Equipment Control
All production and testing equipment should be maintained properly with
