HZS050Y移动式混凝土搅拌站，配套JS1000混凝土搅拌机，采用皮带机上料方式，理论生产率为50m3/h，可搅拌各种类型的混凝土，适用于中小型工程建设。
HZS050Y concrete batching plant, equipped with JS1000 twin shafts mixer and belt type aggregates charging system, has rated output 50m³/h compacted concrete. It can mix various kinds of concrete and is suitable for small and medium sized construction projects.
搅拌站采用模块式设计，便于集装箱运输。搅拌站安装后车桥，可用牵引车整体拖运转移工地。
Modular design subserves container transportation. With rear axle installed, the concrete batching plant can be integrally towed by tractor.
整套设备的运行和计量采用微机控制，可实现生产过程的全自动控制、生产管理及报表打印。
The plant is fully automatic controlled by computer with production management and data printing software.

4、买方需自备以下设施：The buyer should provide the following facilities
（1）搅拌站的混凝土基础、到搅拌站配电柜的电源及搅拌站水源；
（1）the foundation of concrete batching plant, the power and water supplying point according to our foundation drawing.
（2）到搅拌站内的避雷系统；
（2）Lightning protection system
（3）根据国家标准进行的重量校准测量及校准的费用；
（3）Scales calibration is carried out according local standard on buyer’s expenses.
1.本设备建议采用三相五线制配电电源,单根电源线采用线径不小于95mm2 的铜线，电源变压器容量不小于200kVA，变压器距离搅拌楼不大于100米，否则需增粗线径。
The plant is suggested to adopt three phases five wires power supply , the single power line diameter is not less than 95mm2 of copper cable, and the capability of the transformer is not less than 200kVA. The distance between transformer and concrete batching plant should be less than 100 meters, otherwise the cable diameter should be increased.
6、以上配置按中国国内电源参数（电压380V/220V，频率50Hz）设置，如电源参数与此不符，需提前告知我公司。
The power source for all electrical components and motors is 380 V / 220 V, 50 Hz, If power source is different, please inform our company in advance.
