并通过采样电阻将电流信息转化为电压信息,然后由变频器的主控芯片中的AD变换模块转化为数字信号。再经过数字滤波和定标处理,为电流环调节提供电流反馈信息。检测电路的硬件原理图如下所示:JCE电流传感器将电流信息转化为电压信息,此外还要将LEM检测回来的信号转化为适合控制芯片的电压范围,,将电压信号变换为对称的正负电压,然后提供相应的偏移,转化到适合控制芯片的电压范围。JCE对c三相电流均采样,经检测模块后存放在相应的寄存器中供主控系统采用。
