主要特点：

1、专为LED T8光管打胶设计，玻璃管自动上料下料输送机构，可与输送送接驳使用，8条光管同时打胶作业，设计产能为800-1000支/小时；

1、Especially designed for T8 glass tubes can feed the tubes,and can be linked with the product line.8 stations working at the same time, the capacity is about 800-1000pcs/hour

2、标准机型可以搭配的玻璃管长度为600mm、900mm、1200mm、1500mm（其它尺寸可定制）；

2、Used for the length of glass tubes is 600mm、900mm、 1200mm、1500mm（other length is optional）

3、8条胶路分别搭配立点胶阀，出胶量，开胶迅速，断胶干净，不拉丝，不滴漏；

3、8 station can be equipped with independent glue valve.

4、作业节奏分为：铺板、点胶、套管、保压、板管分离；

4、Working step is :put tubes—glue dispensing-through the tube-press the pcb-separate-get tube

5、保压粘接时间可以根据胶水的特性，通过触摸屏任意设定；

6、设备长时间不工作时，可以将点胶头密封好防止固化干结。
