工艺流程

比中国的能源结构中煤炭占70%。煤矿开采过程中排放大量的废水。如果不经处理直接排放,会对环境造成严重污染,同时造成大量的水资源浪费。

煤矿废水是复杂的,在同一矿山废水中含有铁、锰等重金属、硫、氟、氯等非金属和有机污染物和悬浮固体,有些矿山废水的酸性较弱,即使是同一矿山,不同性质的废水也不同,甚至极不相同。这给煤矿废水处理技术的选择带来了很大的困难。


煤矿污水处理的设计要比活性污泥法好。由于污水中有机物含量较低,微生物在运行过程中不能得到低的营养物质,不能形成活性污泥,不能正常运行。氧化沟废水处理工艺也存在同样的问题。回流活性污泥不能回流,使原有的氧化沟系统成为带状曝气平板沉淀池,不能达到所要求的处理目标。许多矿山采用了两段生物接触氧化工艺处理煤矿生活污水,效果非常好。该技术的特点是能适应矿区污水浓度低、变化大的特点。同时,投资、运行、维护也比活性污泥法简单,但对脱氮除磷效果不佳。废水生物处理新技术、新技术的研究、开发和应用取得了很大成就。许多新技术应运而生。这些新工艺的共同特点是:、稳定、节能、脱氮除磷等多功能。

At the same time, investment, operation and maintenance are also simpler than activated sludge process, but the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal is not good.
