酒精废水处理设备气浮系统

     气浮系统集进水、絮凝、分离、集水、出水于一体，与传统气浮设备类似，设有一个稳流室、溶气释放室，使处理性能更稳定，效果更。 稳定室：通过折板反应的原水，流速很高，若直接与溶气水接触，会消散微小气泡，影响气泡沾附絮块效果，从而降低气浮处理效率，若增加了稳流室，使湍流的原水动能消耗，匀速进入溶气水释放室，从而有力了去除效果。

     溶气释放室：溶气释放室与分离室于一个槽体。中间隔开，溶气水与絮凝完毕的原水在此粘附，缓慢上升，进入气浮分离室，了絮凝块与微小气泡的接触空间与时间，使溶气水的释放率达80-100％

2、溶气系统

     对于酒精废水处理设备来说，溶气系统好比是气浮设备的“心脏”，也是气浮设备的主要的部件，在这个阶段，气与水在泵的进口处一起吸入，经剪切加压混合成溶气水，气液两相充分混合并达到饱和,整套溶气系统大的含气量达10％，且气体的溶解度为100％，使气体弥散时的微气泡分布均匀，平均气泡直径小于30um。该溶气系统是对传统气浮改进和技术创新，提高了气浮分离效率，大大降低设备生产和运行费用。

3、刮渣机

     刮渣机的运行方式及速度直接影响到气浮出水的水质和污泥含固率。该系统采用回转式刮渣机，可将浮渣连续均匀地刮入浮渣槽，减少了浮渣相互碰撞的现象；另外，高度可调的刮板能更好的适应各种运行条件，降低污泥含水率。

4、控制系统

     控制系统均采用的电器元件（德力西或正泰），以设备的长期有效运行。
