水磨石无尘硬化施工方案

4.数小时后，若检查发现还存有残留的固化剂（即地面反白），可再洒水浸泡；用加重翻新机配150#树脂磨片打磨水磨石地面，辅助地面吸收固化剂；打磨完毕，清理好地面。
5. 待地面略干之后，依次用300#.500#研磨片打磨，同时用调配后的固化剂（1：5）调匀（禁用金属器搅拌）之后泼洒在地面上，研磨水磨石地面加速密封固化剂渗透及硬化水磨石；（每次研磨需用工业吸尘器吸掉污水及水泥浆）（大面积施工浸泡材料尽量安排在下午下班时，下午泼洒完材料后晚上在过去浇一遍清水，使材料更好的渗透；
6.分别用1000#.2000#.3000#研磨片研磨抛光水磨石表层，达到地板美观光亮的效果。（每次研磨需用工业吸尘器吸掉污水及泥浆）
7.小结：无尘硬化处理后的地面：耐磨，无尘，抗压，具有一定的镜面效果，使用寿命达20年，保养方便----只需拖地。
