企业申请FSMS应具备的条件
Requirements for enterprises to apply for FSMs
1）取得国家市场管理部门或有关机构注册登记的法人资格（或其组成部分）；
1) Obtain the legal person qualification (or its components) registered by the state market administration department or relevant institutions;
2）已取得相关法规规定的行政许可（适用时）；
2) Have obtained the administrative license stipulated by relevant laws and regulations (when applicable);
3） 已按认证依据要求，建立和实施了文件化的食品安全管理体系，体系需有效运行3 个月以上；
3) A documented food safety management system has been established and implemented according to the requirements of certification basis, and the system needs to operate effectively for more than 3 months;
