配方肥成套设备，解决了普通设备由于物料比重和颗粒度不同所造成的混合料分流问题，提高配料精度，降低配方肥生产易潮解等问题。计量方式可采用静态皮带计量、失重秤和动态计量等多种计量方式，是集大配料、混料包装于一体的配方肥设备，满足广大客户的多种产能需求。
Function Description
The special fertilizer blending system integrate the batching & blending &packing system, custom design and produce to fit our clients specific requirementbased on Blend complexity (kinds of ingredients),Output (Tons per hour),Local climate and Material handled (powder or granular),Space available for the system,Labor force and Level of automation etc.The weighing system have gain-in weight static weighing scale for 5-60tons per hour blending, The flow metering belt scale and loss-in-weight scale for the big output requirements. Operation is controlled by computer with a manual back up system. Formulation can be changed rapidly in the manufacturing process to accommodate special orders or customer needs.
