三菱发电机组动力不足，排蓝烟的诊断与处理。
发动机在低温或小负荷时排兰烟，温度升高后变为排深灰色烟雾，且动力不足。
①进气不畅，导致增压器内机油被吸入气缸燃烧所致。
② _油底壳内机油过多，机油超过了高限位。

为什么增压器是发动机上容易出故障的总成?
因为增压器的额定工作转速在每分钟13万转以上，且处于排气歧管出口处，温度（800℃以上），进、排气压力也较大，即高温、高压、高转速，所以对增压器的润滑和冷却及密封的要求比较高。为了增压器的使用寿命，在设计上要对增压器浮动轴承的润滑和冷却，同时，在使用中要求做到：
① 发动机起动后应怠速运转3-5分钟，不要立即加负荷，以增压器的良好润滑。主要原因是增压器位于发动机的顶部，如果发动机起动后增压器立即开始高速运转，就会导致机油压力未能及时升高给增压器供油，造成增压器缺油损坏，甚至烧坏整个增压器。
② 怠速时间不宜过长，一般不超过10分钟，怠速时间过长容易造成压气机端漏油。
③ _停车前不要立即关闭发动机，应怠速3-5分钟，以使增压器转速和排气系统的温度降下来，防止发生回热—机油结焦—轴承烧损等故障。经常性的不正确使用会使增压器损坏。
④ 长期未使用的发动机（一般超过7天），或新换增压器的发动机，在使用前应在增压器的进油口加注机油，否则会因润滑不良降低寿命或损坏增压器。
⑤ 定期检查各连接部位是否有松动漏气/_漏油现象，回油管是否通畅，如有应及时排除。
⑥ 空气滤清器清洁，并按要求定期更换。
⑦ 定期更换机油/_机油滤清器。
⑧ 定期检查增压器轴的径向轴向间隙，轴向间隙应不大于0.15毫米，径向间隙为：叶轮与压壳的间隙不小于0.10毫米，否则应请人员维修，以免扩大损失。

5. The generator casing should have reliable protective grounding. For generators with directly grounded neutral points, professional personnel should ground the neutral points and equip them with lightning protection devices. It is prohibited to use mains grounding equipment for direct neutral point grounding.
