简介
基于微机电系统（MEMS）的动态可调光衰减器(Dynamic Variable Optical Attenuator——简称DVOA)是实现全光网中功率调节的重要元件。 DVOA能够实现对全光网的全面远程控制。主要应用在：预置光功率均衡、 信道传输均衡、光自动增益调节、光接收器的保护等。我公司研发的DVOA产品，采用了MEMS控制芯片及特的光学设计，使产品更加小型化，成本更低，并且反应更加迅速，具有更高的稳定性和可靠性，易于制造。
