CT-HP-800型高速硅片划片机 单晶硅和多晶硅太阳电池高速划片，适用于太阳能单晶/多晶硅片四边、圆角或倒角的切割，将硅片切割成1/2和1/3片。设备集成PLC、激光器、传感器、伺服等各种的自动化技术，实现硅片的上料、检测、划片、下料装盒的全自动加工。大优势在于切割基本无激光损伤。特的机械结构设计及工艺，让硅片划片后边缘光洁、表面无尘、媲美原片。

The CT-HP-800 high-speed silicon wafer laser scribing machine is suitable for cutting monocrystalline/multicrystalline silicon wafers on four sides, with rounded or chamfered corners. The equipment integrates various advanced automation technologies such as PLC, laser, sensors, and servos, realizing the fully automatic processing of silicon wafer loading, detection, scribing, unloading, and box packaging. Unique mechanical structure design and technology make the edges of the scribed silicon wafer smooth, the surface dust-free, and comparable to the original wafer.
