冷冻海鲜进口报关通关流程及清关注意事项

一：进口冷冻海鲜前需要确认国家准入，冷冻冰鲜海鲜不是每个国家每个产品都是可以进口，中国有准入目录查询，只有在目录里面的海鲜该国家才可以准入到中国市场，海鲜具体以拉丁名为准。

二:国家准入确定后再确定企业准入，只有在中国质检总局备案过的企业拿到注册备案号后才有资格把冷冻冰鲜海鲜出口到中国的市场。没有经过中国质检总局备案过的企业私自出口海鲜到中国境内会被强制退运或是销毁。进口商可在进口前问国外供应商要到企业在华注册备案号发我司进行查询确认，以免产生不必要的损失。
