一、产品特性及应用：
本系列产品是适用于丝网印刷工艺施胶，液态胶水的粘度高，硬度适中，加温固化型液态硅橡胶，具有的耐气候老化等特性。可在-50~+200℃度长期使用，化学稳定性好环保，固化稳定后可达到FDA食品级及检测认证。适用内衣布料粘合，在粘合加温固化后粘合布料稳固，收缩率低，强度高，韧性好的透明胶体。用在贴身内衣上环保安全。通过线条设计粘合在内衣上穿着舒适，塑出好身段。

二、使用方法：

1、清洁：用胶前将使用设备与粘胶布料清理干净；
2、施胶：将A组份和B组份按1：1（重量比）的配比充分混合均匀。（建议使用设备混合，不用脱泡）混合不均匀会出现固化不完全或物理性能减弱。本品使用时允许的操作时间一环境温度有关，温度高，操作时间会减短。详细的操作时间参考产品型号说明。印刷施胶效果好坏与网版设计，胶水粘度，设备调试等因素密切相关。请在生产前做好必要测试；
3、本品易被分子中含P（磷）·S（硫）·NH3（氨）元素的化合物毒化而影响产品的固化，使胶体中的固化剂减少影响固化，用时须注意清洁，防止混入杂质。请在批量使用前做必要性测试。

 三、储运及注意事项

1、本产品应密封储存于干燥通风处（5~25℃），防止雨淋及日光曝晒；
2、在正常存储环境下储期查看相关产品型号说明；
3、产品开土封后应尽快用完，未用完产品需密封放于安全环境；
4、丝网印胶要注意用后清洗网版，未用完胶水清理好放进密封容器内放在-5℃的冰箱内保存12小时，下次解冻后使用；
5、本产品为非危险品，可按一般化学品储存运输。

环氧树脂灌封胶使用步骤：

1.要保持需灌封产品的干燥和清洁；

2.使用时请先检查A剂，观察是否有沉降，并将A剂充分搅拌均匀；

3.按配比取量，且称量准确，请切记配比是重量比而非体积比，A、B剂混合后需充分搅拌均匀，以避免固化不完全；

4.搅拌均匀后请及时进行灌胶，并尽量在可使用时间内使用完已混合的胶液；

5.灌注后，胶液会逐渐渗透到产品的缝隙中，必要时请进行二次灌胶；

6.固化过程中，请保持环境干净，以免杂质或尘土落入未固化的胶液表面。
