主机动力部分一般都采用 380v动力电作为动力源：大多数的工业吸尘器的动力部分均选择380V的工业动力电源来强大的动力。工业吸尘机配置的380V工业电机基本上均可24小时连续工作同时坚固。
过滤部分选择多重过滤：
集尘器  设计方面选择配置各种不同的材质过滤 ,和各种不同的过滤结构及方式,例如HEPA过滤器 (低可达到0.01—0.3UM等)或者添加旋风分离器(用于固液分离)提高过滤效果，商用和家用吸尘机菂过滤效果不可同日而语。
集尘器 容缸部分比其他吸尘器容量大：
