梅瓶小口，圆唇外卷，短颈，丰肩，肩下渐收，圈足。此件梅瓶，端庄规整，纹饰精美，肩及足部饰上覆下仰的莲瓣纹各一周，莲瓣纹为青花地上绘饰白色轮廓线及圈点纹。腹部主题纹饰为缠枝牡丹、菊花、茶花等花卉图案。肩部自右向左横书青花楷书“大明乾隆年制”六字款。

说明：此件梅瓶具有乾隆时期特点，较宣德的更为端庄凝厚，丰满的肩膀与内束的腹部形成对比差，弧线尤其优美典雅，是乾隆朝经典的陈设御瓷。对于乾隆朝青花摹古梅瓶的具体烧造时间，往后数十年的档案记载再也没有见到烧造青花梅瓶之信息，由此可以推断本品的烧造时间是在乾隆三年左右，为唐窑承命摹制宣窑梅瓶的佳器，是乾隆青花梅瓶重要而珍罕的代表。此器青花纹样确为“乾窑”风格，青花发色沉着蓝艳，以点状笔触仿宣德进口钴料之晕散，极富层次感，纹饰紧贴胎骨，满绘青花纹饰。主体纹饰为缠枝花卉纹，其布局疏密有致，活泼婉转，毫无拘泥拖沓之感，小而细碎的卷草纹，衬托于花卉之间，其流转间精到的笔触与自然活泼的意蕴融合，配以柔和悦目的青色，可以使人深切感受到乾隆皇帝对于永宣青花艺术成就的欣赏与礼赞。

《陶雅》中就有“古以瓶贮就，今以瓶插花”一说。故清时梅瓶大多无盖。此类官窑据《乾隆记事档》记载，为乾隆三年（1738）御窑厂奉旨而烧的“仿宣窑青花”之一。原文为：“六月二十五日：七品萨木哈、催总白世秀来说，太监高玉交……宣窑青花梅瓶一件，宣窑青花三果梅瓶一件……传旨：交与造磁器处唐英照样造。”后数十年再无烧造青花梅瓶之上旨，可见唐窑承命摹制宣窑梅瓶，为乾隆青花瓷器中上佳之品，是乾隆青花梅瓶的重要代表作品。
