清洁度检测实现零件清洗与颗粒污染物过滤回收同步进行，可及时将零件表面的颗粒污染物收集到滤膜表面，清洗零件结束后即可得到滤膜样本，减少颗粒污染物在清洗剂中滞留时间，改变传统手工人力清洗检测的方式，规范了清洁度检测控制流程，提升检测效率。清洗零件操作空间相对立，内置空气层流系统，净化清洗操作环境，并在人员操作面配置风幕隔离系统，有效隔离清洗区和外部环境，为清洁度检测搭建一个洁净的操作平台。设备工作压力状态实时显示，清洗检测压力连续可调、配合不同的清洗喷嘴，可快速方便的清洗零件内腔通道、盲孔、及整体表面的，广泛应用于各种汽车零部件清洁度检测。

从质量控制的角度说，清洁度作为一项定量的技术指标，可确切的表述为“零部件、总成系统的特定部位被残留的杂质污染的程度”。而清洁度测试的就是采用特定的技术确定污染程度。测试结果通过污染物的种类、形状、尺寸以及数量等多个维度进行表述。
