不锈钢钝化液 （ID3000）

产品简介凯盟不锈钢钝化液ID3000适用于奥氏体不锈钢与双相不锈钢的本色钝化，为提高抗腐蚀能力而开发。属于奥氏体材料本色钝化的一种新型产品。本品采用环保无机酸为主氧化剂、并添加一定量的柠檬酸、硝酸铈和聚合型腐蚀抑制剂复配而成，不含酸蚀成份，符合当今环保 RoHS 标准，通过本品钝化，在 30分钟内即可形成致密的钝化保护膜，同时保持工件原有光泽、不损伤工件尺寸，中性盐雾性能提高 10~30 倍。远远同行同类产品。

应用范围

·   广泛应用于各类 SUS200 和 SUS300 系列国标与非标不锈钢的钝化处理，特别适用于精密小复杂件大面积钝化处理。如螺丝、小型家具、食品机械、化工机械、数码电器部件、通讯器材等。

使用方法

·   初次使用本品者请详读物质安全数据 MSDS 说明,无经验者请在人士的指导下使用,小批量试样合格再批量生产。

·  本品为原液常温使用,考虑我国北方气候特征冬季使用时温度需大于 15℃。

·   将清洁的工件置于本品中完全浸泡30分钟后,用清水漂洗干净, 然后烘干即可包装.相同样的钝化时间越长相对效果越佳。

·  若工件形状复杂,钝化后难以冲洗干净的情况,建议增加使用 2~5%NaOH/Na₂CO₃ 溶液中和处理。

Stainless steel passivation solution (ID3000)

Brief introductionStainless steel passivation solution ID3000 of Kaimeng is suitable for the passivation of austenitic stainless steel and duplex stainless steel which has no change in color after treated.It has faster passivation speed and better corrosion resistance when compared with original product.

It is made of organic hydroxy acids citric acid as the main passivator,citrate acid, cerium nitrate,and phytic acid.It’s colorless, tasteless and used at room temperature.What’s more, it is in line with the standard of RoHS. The workpieces which is treated with passivation can form a dense protective passivation film on its surface in 30 minutes. Meanwhile, there is no changes on its luster and size. The ability of resistance to salt spray can be improved 10 to 30 times.

Scope of application

It is widely used in the passivation of all kinds of stainless steel SUS200 and SUS300 which with the national

standard and non-national standard. Especially, it is suitable for the passivation of small precise complex workpieces

and large area workpieces.Such as screws, small furniture, food machinery, chemical machinery, digital electrical

components, and communication equipment.Cleaning pickling passivation paste IDH89 is suitable for big

workpieces.

Ways

·Please read MSDS material safety data if you use the product at first time. Or you should use it guided by

  professionals if you have no experience.

·This product is used at room temperature.

·Clear workpieces soaked 30 minutes in this product, then rinsing by water, drying and packaging. What’s more , the longer time of passivation, the better effect to the same passivation.

·Suggest the adding of neutralization processing by 1 to 3 percent of NaOH if the workpieces is difficult to be

  cleaned because of its complex shape.
