特点说明：

1. 本机台广泛用于LED信号指示灯、LED显示屏、LED灯直插发光二极管等LED灯光接线加工等；

2. 可实现集送线材、裁线、剥皮、LED 灯输送、整形、压接铜带一次性完成，从而实现自动化设备；

3. 机台具备自动检测功能：电线输送异常、剥皮异常、压接异常、LED灯输送异常、气压异常检测装置、

电线沾锡异常、实现真正的自动化铜带机；

4.机台可设置参数：线材裁断长度、剥皮长度、LED灯整形；

5.LED灯输送系统是采用振动盘自动排序送料；
