1,LC滤波器
就是由电感电容搭建的滤波器,这种滤波器具有体积小,便于安装,同时也没有寄生通带的优点。
但是Q值比较低,矩形系数不好,带宽抑制不够陡的缺点。
所以这种滤波器可以使用在3GHz以下的频段,但是通常都是在2GHz以下且窄带的应用中。
2,介质滤波器
介质滤波器的Q值比较高,但是伴有高次寄生通带存在。所以我们一般用在对频段近端抑制要求高,
远端无要求的场景中,但是带内插损也大,在S波段中也能使用。
3,腔体滤波器
这种滤波器是直接用腔体加工得来的,Q值很高,而且插损很小,在窄带,大功率场景下常常见到。
但是腔体滤波器一般都是定制加工,所以周期长成本也高,一般都是用在高频的项目中。
4,晶体滤波器
该滤波器的滤波效果相当好,可以做到极度窄带的情况,但是这种滤波器的价格一般较贵,安装
也麻烦,体积偏大。
5,声表滤波器
声表滤波器的体积小,矩形系数高,但是带外抑制不是太高,而且插损比较大,有些特殊应用中
还需要复杂的外部匹配电路,一般用于中频滤波。高也能到2GHz以上。
