TMC’s Active Vibration Isolation Table features state-of-the-art vibration control. By integrating our specialized pneumatic CSP® (Compact Sub-Hertz Pendulum Isolation System) for low frequency horizontal vibration isolation with our PEPS-VX® Inertial Damperfor vertical active vibration cancellation in a high capacity frame, we have produced a superior ultra-quiet active table for loads up to 1,200 pounds.

This table is ideal for the most demanding applications and equipment in unusually severe vibration environments. They include atomic force microscopes, scanning probe microscopes, commercial interferometers, electro-physiology recording and semiconductor inspection equipment.
This advanced vibration cancellation technology may be combined with TMC optical tables and other TMC products, as well as designed into equipment for OEM applications.
