Extrusion curing machine is the most widely used extrusion processing equipment, in which the screw is the key component. The screw is divided into feeding and conveying section, compression melting section and metering homogenization section according to different functions along the length direction, as shown in Fig. 7-30. When the loose food raw materials enter the barrel from the feeding hopper, they are transported forward along the screw groove direction with the rotation of the screw, which is called the feeding and conveying section. When the material is transported forward, the material will be subjected to the resistance of the die head, and the strong extrusion and shear effect formed between the screw and the barrel will produce compression deformation, shear deformation, stirring effect and temperature rise, which will be further heated by the heat source outside the barrel, and the material temperature will rise until it is completely melted. This section of screw is called compression melting section. The material is then transported forward. Due to the gradual shallowness of the screw groove and the enhancement of extrusion and shearing, the material continues to heat up and is cooked, resulting in a series of complex biochemical reactions such as starch gelatinization, fat and protein denaturation, and further homogenization of the tissue. Finally, the screw is evenly extruded from the die hole in quantitative and constant pressure. This section of screw is called the metrological homogenization section.

常见问题

膨化机的保养

    1、箱体轴承应及时加注润滑油脂，运行500小时后，要全部更换一次润滑油脂。(新机器运行前应适量加入润滑脂，运行200小时后应当换油。)
　　2、其他轴承部位要定期加注润滑脂。
　　3、螺杆、螺套等易损件在拆装过程中严禁用硬物重锤，在膨化腔上严禁放置重物或者站人。进口泵 阀门
　　4、膨化原料应经过清理，严防金属等异物进入机内损坏机件。
　　5、随时检查膨化机质量，注意更换易损件。
　　6、保持设备周围的清洁。
　　7、长期停机不用或更换膨化物料时，应将膨化腔内的物料清除干净，以免结块、霉变或者物料之间交叉污染。
　　8、由于接近出料口处的易损件磨损相对较快，靠近进料口一端的易损件磨损较少，所以在更换易损件时，应从出料端开始依次更换，不宜一次更换多种部件。
