甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯的用途：
用于辐射固化体系中的活性稀释剂和交联剂，亦可作为树脂交联剂，塑料、橡胶改性剂，胶黏剂，丙烯酸树脂,丙烯酸涂料,纺织物的胶粘剂和去污润滑油的添加剂。本品与其他丙烯酸类单体共聚，可制得含活性羟基的丙烯酸树脂。在三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、三聚氰胺脲醛树脂、二异氰酸酯、环氧树脂等中作为固化反应的共反应物，可制得双组分涂料。
