Need procedures: passport, residence permit, work permit, enterprise self declaration certificate, business license, certificate of approval (foreign investment), organization code certificate, foreign books (hired by the company to print, seal)
需要手续：护照，居留证，就业证，企业自理报关证书，营业执照，批准证书（外商投资），组织机构代码证，外商聘用书（由本公司打印，加盖公章）
办理过程及时限：1.海关办理自带申请表，需外商本人携（护照，居留证，就业证，企业自理报关证书，营业执照，批准证书（外商投资），组织机构代码证，外商聘用书），原件及复印件，由我公司自到海关办理，本人好到场。
时限下午：13：30至16：00（此为长时限）半天
2.报关时用护照，居留证，就业证原件及复印件，加盖外商公司的报关，报检委托书，本人不用到场。
时限：2天
3.报关后，用护照原件到海关领取关封，本人不用到场。
时限：1天
4.车辆上牌时用（护照，居留证，就业证）原件，本人不用到场。
时限：1天
5.一年后，解除海关监管，用（护照，居留证，就业证）原件，本人不用到场
时限：3天
6.车辆过户需本人持（护照，居留证，就业证）原件亲自到场。
时限：1天
