水洗砂工作原理
1、结构组成：由高压分离器、脱水筛、叶轮分离机、减速机、真空高压泵、清洗箱、高位返水箱、电机、振动电机等部件组成。
2、工作流程：砂水混合物进入清洗箱，由叶轮分离机进行分离，然后进入下层脱水筛做脱水处理，清洗箱溢流出的废水(含大量细砂、泥浆、粉尘等杂质)，经真空高压泵输送到高压分离器中，然后离心分级浓缩后的细沙，经沉沙嘴排入脱水筛上层，清洗箱内的废水、泥、粉尘、杂质等，通过高压分离器溢流口，排入高位返水箱后排出，上层出成品料粗砂，下层出成品料细砂，或粗、细砂混出(可根据要求做调整)。
