2、彩色原标签样张（另附电子版）难以提供样张的，可提供有效照片，或者扫描打印样张
3、原标签样张翻译件（另附word或excel电子版）
4、中文标签样张（1:1比例）
5、中英文对照配比表（需盖章，另附word或excel电子版）
6、委托方营业执照复印件（需盖章）
7、获奖、奖证及法定产区有关证明复印件及翻译件（需盖章）
8、原产di证复印件或产品在生产国（地区）允许生产、销售的证明文件复印件（需盖章）
