There has been a heated debate between the parties regarding whether fitness powder meets food safety standards. A food firm has argued that the goods have been legally authorized after formal customs clearance and commodity inspection. However, the inspection and quarantine certificate of the entry and exit goods provided by the customs and the “consignee”, “consumer use unit” and “declaration unit” on the Customs import goods declaration form are all blank and cannot be proved to be related to a food business. The outer packaging of the product is in English and contains sodium aluminosilicate. According to the Announcement of the National Health and Family Planning Commission and other five departments on the adjustment of the use of aluminum-containing food additives (2014 d8), sodium aluminosilicate should not be used as a food additive in China. The evidence submitted by a food firm cannot prove that the goods have passed the inspection and quarantine and cannot prove that the fitness powder meets the food safety standards.
The court held that the food business firm did not provide the inspection and quarantine certificate for the entry and exit goods of goods and the customs declaration form for imported goods, nor did it examine the appearance label and labeling items of the goods, and there were cases where it was known that the purchased food did not meet the safety standards and was sold. The compensation should be paid ten times the price.

8：商.检.总局进行产品后续检验检疫，检验合格后出具卫生证书及购买CIQ标志，货物准予销售流通和使用。
9：客户公司将报关单在外管局核销及付外汇。海.关.税单增.值.税进行抵扣。
