The CXSU63189 is a compact, high efficiency, and low voltage step-up DC/DC converter including an error amplifier, ramp generator, comparator,switch pass element and driver in which providing a stable and high efficient operation over a wide range of load currents. It operates in stable waveforms without external compensation.The high switching rate minimized the size of external components. Besides, the low quiescent current together with high efficiency maintains long battery lifetime. The output voltage is set with two external resistors.The CXSU63189 is available in the industry standard SOT-23-6L power packages.CXSU63189是一个小体积率低电压升压DC/DC转换器，只需一个误差放大器、发生器、比较器、开关元件和驱动程序，提供了一个稳定和率的工作在很宽的负载电流范围内。它的工作在稳定的波形没有外部补尝。低静态模式能保持较长的电池寿命。输出电压设置为2个外部电限器。
