遥控断路器（RCCB）是一种组合继电器和断路器。可通过电子方式应用释放或设置线圈电流来释放或设置。由指示灯/控制单元（I/CU）的指令控制（快半安培跳闸，热断路器）。远程控制断路器（RCCB）的概念，作为分布式负载应用中的负载控制器，提供了一个比传统的中继-飞行甲板电路保护方法更的配电系统，以更低的成本和更小的重量减少线路损耗。
其设计满足MIL-C-83383的要求，RCCB的能力和优势包括：

. Remote on/off operation from the flight deck
. Visual indicators for open (green) and closed (red) on top surface
