符合以下条件的，无需办理强制性产品认证。

1．外国驻华使馆、领事馆和国际组织驻华机构及其wj人员自用的物品；

2．香港、澳门特区zf驻内地gf机构及其工作人员自用的物品；

符合以上条件的《目录》中的产品，无需申请强制性产品认证证书，也不需加施中国强制性产品认证标志。
