油漆涂料进口流程：
国外发货——订舱海运——准备好单证——换单——报检——报关——出税单——缴税——放行——动卫检——放行——送货。
危险品进口清关需要的资料：
国外：1、MSDS 2、箱单 合同 Fp 3、提单 4、木质熏蒸 5、危申报
国内：1、外文标签翻译件 2、营业执照扫描件 3、报关报检十位代码 4、对外贸易经营者备案 。
在所有的资料中，办理起来比较难的其实就是涂料备案了，下面我就简单的介绍一下涂料备案需要的资料。
涂料备案需要的资料：
备案申请应当在涂料进口至少2个月前向备案机构提出，同时备案申请人应当提交以下资料：
1、备案申请人的《企业法人营业执照》的复印件（加盖印章），需分装的进口涂料的分装厂商《企业法人营业执照》的复印件（加盖印章）；
1、进口涂料生产商对其产品中有害物质含量符合人民共和国国家技术规范要求的声明；
2. The import paint manufacturer's statement that the content of harmful substances in its products complies with the requirements of the People's Republic of China's national technical specifications;
3、关于进口涂料产品的基本组成成份、品牌、型号、产地、外观、标签及标记、分装厂商和地点、分装产品标签等有关材料（以中文文本为准）；等其他需要提供的材料。
