产品的特点1、铜编织线采用圆铜线（0.10,  0.15,  0.20）或镀锡软圆铜线（0.10,    0.15）以多股（24.36.48锭）经单层或多层编织成。   
2、铜编织线的直流电阻率（20℃）不大    于0.022Ω.mm2/m,    锡铜编织镀线的直流电阻率（20℃）不大于0.0234Ω.mm2/m。

铜编织带/线:采用裸铜圆丝或镀锡铜圆丝编织而成的带状导体，根据用户的地域或叫法不同可称之为铜编织带、铜编织线、导电铜带、接地铜带、编织铜带、软铜带、斜纹编织铜带等，本公司采用目前国内的8代多头编织机生产，机台规格、产品种类丰富、日单产量大，可满足各类结构产品的需求

Product features: DC resistivity of copper braided wire （20℃) is no more than 0.022Ω.mm2/m: and the tinned one is no more than 0.0234Ωmm2 /m.

The braided copper tapes consist of wires which is braiding a number of spindles (13,16,24,36,4)of the best quality round copper wires (0.03, 0.04, 0.05, 0.07, 0.08, 0.09, 0.10, 0.12, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25) or soft tinned wire (0.10, 0.12, 0.15) to become single layer of multilayer type. Also can be produced according to customer requirements of copper wire soft connection used in high and low voltage electrical appliances, electric vacuum, mine explosion-proof switch, automobile, locomotive, electric cabinet, busbar, industrial furnace, electrolytic smelting, welding equipment, rectifier equipment and related products, software connection. The braid of bare copper wire and tinned copper wire is pressed by cold pressing method. Tinplate can be plated according to customer requirements.
