主要用途:

  本机组与粉碎物料想接触的零件全部采用不锈钢材料制造,有良好的耐腐蚀性,机架四周全部封闭,便于清洗,机壳内壁全部经机加工,达到表面平整、光滑。使药品、食品、化工等生产更符合国家:“GMP”标准。

结构与性能:
  该机组主要由电控柜,200升液氮罐,液氮连接软管,粉碎主机,送料电机等部分组成。
  该设备适合多种物料及多种工况的粉碎工艺过程,粉碎室温度可根据不同物料不同的催化剂来调节,在粉碎过程中其温度可调控,选择佳粉碎温度,降低能耗:粉碎细度可达到80—120目,甚至达到更细的细度;使用液氮作为研磨介质,实现低温粉碎,物料的防爆,防氧化等综合效果。粉粹的成品具有不变质,不氧化,几何图形好的特点。

使用守则:
  1.本机使用前须检查本机外形有无运输之破损,各随机资料是否。
  2.接通电源前,请先确认机腔内是否有铁件异物,以防打刀。并手动转动飞轮一整圈以上,禁止用手搬动活动刀。以保安全!
  3.确保主机转向准确,即可启动电机,投入生产。

运行规程
  警告:主机及送料电机转向运转时不得反转,否则将导致旋转刀、送料螺旋损毁及左右迷宫密封封损坏之严重设备事故!
  设备接通电源,每个运行电机转向都按箭头方向运转,切忌反向转动。空机运转5分钟,设定预冷仓温度(可通过阀门液氮来控制液氮流量),不同物料设定不同的粉碎温度。打开液氮阀门开始预冷,预冷到接近设定温度时,把物料加入预冷仓,开始预冷物料,当物料达到催化温度时开始进入粉碎状态。达到催化状态下的物料由螺旋进料器送入主机进行粉碎,经过主机高速旋转的叶轮和固定齿圈间的高速撞击,剪切及物料和物料间的相互反复;中击,碰撞和摩擦等综合作用下,达到粉碎效果。成品物料通过离心力排出筛网,进入接料布袋。
  在螺旋推进器及细粉碎腔体内都带有液氮喷头和温度感应探头,可继续冷冻物料,粉碎时主机腔体内温度不升高,使物料在催化状态下完成粉碎,确保物料的粒度成品要求。物料的细度通过更换筛网来调节。
  在设备连接处都带有温度输出信号,可连接控制箱,在粉碎过程中可显示温度,按照温度来调整液氮流量,减少不必要的损耗。粉碎时,所有温度显示仪和电流显示侧根据额定操作,如任何一个显示超负荷,都由报警系统发出警告并自动停止运转。

Operation rules
