北极虾学名北方长额虾(Pandalus borealis)，又名冷水虾、北极甜虾。在中国北方的一些地方还被称为冰虾、籽虾。北极虾产于北冰洋和北大西洋海域，全部是虾，主要捕捞国家有加拿大、格陵兰、丹麦、冰岛、挪威等。
北极虾生长在200-250米深的冰冷海水环境中，生长速度缓慢，长到商品规格需要3至4年时间（一般的养殖虾长到商品规格只需要不超过3-4个月时间），因此肉质紧密；而且个体也比一般暖水虾要小，平均规格在每公斤120-150头左右。
成品的北极虾在捕虾船上被装入多层的纸箱中，以每5公斤一箱进行包装。捕虾船定期回到港口卸下货物。煮熟冷冻的北极虾，被装上冷藏集装箱船运到世界各地。中国也是北极虾重要的进口国，每年进口3万吨左右的北极虾。

进口加拿大北极虾清关要注意哪些问题？？？
1、贸易方式：目前国内采用多的国际贸易条款有3种：EXW、FOB、CIF。不同贸易方式，进口商承担的责任不一样。EXW贸易条款进口商需要负责国外上门提货，国外清关，海运，国内清关；FOB贸易条款进口商需要负责海运及国内清关；而CIF贸易条款进口商只需要负责国内清关。1, the mode of trade: At present, there are three kinds of international trade terms using : EXW, FOB, CIF.
