汽车零配件进口需要申请进口许可证，申请资料：
1、申请进口汽车零部件用于销售的单位需提交：
（1）企业营业执照（复印件）；
（2）机电产品进口申请表；
（3）订货合同；
（4）销售给生产企业或维修企业的，须提供与生产企业或维修企业签订的委托订货协议。
Import license of auto parts import license, application materials:
1. The unit that applies for import of auto parts for sale shall submit:
(1) business license (copy);
(2) application for import of mechanical and electrical products;
(3) order contract;
(4) if the sale is to a production enterprise or maintenance enterprise, it shall provide an order agreement with the production enterprise or maintenance enterprise.

进口申报条件：
1:品名; 2:品牌; 3:适用车型; 4:型号; 5:成套散件或毛坯请注明; 
6:零部件完整编号并在前加注“S”; 7:通用零件编号前加注“TY”;
8:成套散件装配后完整品的零部件的编号; 9:维修件编号前加注“W”;
10:与整车厂牌不一致编号前加注“WF”; 11:若是维修件应申报正厂件或副厂件;
12:构成整机特征需注明
Conditions of import declaration:
1: name;2: brand;3. Applicable models;4: model;5. Please indicate the complete set of pieces or blank; 
6: the parts are fully numbered and the "S" is added before.7: before the general parts number, add "TY";
8: serial number of parts after assembly of complete pieces;9: the "W" shall be added before the serial number of maintenance.
