怎么延长污水处理设备污水泵的使用寿命

1、禁止电源电压异常开机

由于低压供电线路比较长，线路的末端电压过低是常有的事。当相电压低于198伏，线电压低于342伏时，污水泵电机转速下降，当达不到额定转速的70%时，启动离心开关会闭合，造成启动绕组长时间通电而发热甚至烧坏绕组和电容器。相反，电压过高引起电机过热而烧坏绕组。因此，污水泵在作业中，操作者随时观察电源电压值，若低于额定电压10%以下，额定电压10%以上，应使电机停止运转，找出原因并排除故障。

2、确认正确的电机的旋转方向

应搞清电机的旋转方向，现在有许多类型的污水泵正转和反转时皆可出水，但反转时出水量小、电流大，其反转时间长了会损坏电机绕组。

3、漏电保护器的安装

漏电保护器也叫保命器，它的作用从“保命器”这三个字就可以理解。因为污水泵在水下工作，容易漏电造成电能损失甚至引发触电事故。如果装有漏电保护器，只要污水泵漏电值超过漏电保护器的动作电流值(一般不超过30毫安)，漏电保护器就会切断污水泵的电源，确保安全，同时避免漏电、浪费电能。

4、电缆线安装与潜水电泵的绝缘电阻要求

安装污水泵时，电缆线要架空，电源线不要太长。污水泵下水或提出时切勿使电缆受力，以免引起电源线断裂。污水泵工作时不要沉入泥中，否则会导致电机散热不良而烧坏电机绕组。安装时，电机的绝缘电阻不应低于0.5兆欧。

5、避免频繁开关

不要频繁地开关污水泵，这是因为电泵停转时会产生回流，若立即开机，会使电机负载启动，导致启动电流过大而烧坏绕组。由于启动时电流很大，频繁启动也会烧坏污水泵电动机绕组。

6、莫让污水泵长期超负荷工作

为避免污水泵长期超负荷工作，不要抽含沙量大的水并随时观察电流值是否在铭牌上规定的数值，若发现电流过大，应停机检查。另外，水泵脱水运行的时间不宜过长，以免使电机过热而烧毁。

7、注重日常维护

平时要经常检查电机，如发现下盖有裂纹、橡胶密封环损坏或失效等，应及时更换或修复，避免水渗入污水泵。

1. Prohibit the power supply voltage abnormal opening

Because the low voltage power supply line is relatively long, the end voltage of the line is too low. When the phase voltage is below 198 volts and the line voltage is lower than 342 volts, the motor speed of the sewage pump decreases. When the rated speed is 70%, the centrifugal switch will be closed, causing the startup to start heating and even burn the windings and capacitors. On the contrary, excessive voltage causes the motor to overheat and burn out the winding. Therefore, during the operation of the sewage pump, the operator must observe the power supply voltage at any time. If the voltage is below 10%, which is above 10% of the rated voltage, the motor should be stopped, and the cause is found out and the trouble is eliminated.

2. Confirm the correct rotation direction of the motor

The rotation direction of the motor should be clear. There are many types of sewage pumps that are able to discharge when they are turning and reversing. But when the reverse flow is small and the current is large, the reverse time is long, which will damage the motor windings.

3. The installation of the leakage protector

The leakage protector is also called the life holder, and its function is understood from the three characters of the "life preserving device". Because the sewage pump works under water, it is easy to leak electricity and cause electrical energy loss or even trigger electric shock. If a leakage protector is installed, as long as the leakage value of the sewage pump exceeds the action current value of the leakage protector (usually no more than 30 MA), the leakage protector will cut off the power of the sewage pump to ensure safety, while avoiding leakage and wasting electric energy.

4. Requirements for insulation resistance of cable installation and submersible pump

When installing a sewage pump, the cable should be overhead and the power line should not be too long. When the sewage pump is launched or put forward, do not force the cable, so as not to cause the power line to break. When the sewage pump works, do not sink into the mud, otherwise it will cause the motor to heat bad and burn out the motor winding. When installed, the insulation resistance of the motor should not be less than 500 billion Europe.

5. Avoid frequent switches

Do not switch the sewage pump frequently. This is because the pump will generate reflux when it stops. If it starts immediately, it will cause the motor load to start, causing the starting current to be too large and burn the winding. Because of the large current, frequent start - up will also burn out the motor winding of the sewage pump.

In order to avoid long-term overload work of sewage pump, do not pump water with large sediment content and observe whether the value of current value is on the nameplate at any time. 7. Pay attention to daily maintenance
