设备简介：

    SHJG机械过滤器也称为压力式过滤器,本设备主要用来降低水的浊度，去除水中悬浮物和杂质的作用。本设备为椭圆形容器，上、下均为椭圆形压制封头，底部有三个支柱,本体及管道内壁涂有高强度的防腐保护层，设备内部装有不同颗粒度的石英砂、活性炭或无烟煤等过滤材料，上部有进水分布装置;下部有穹形孔板，其上亦装有压缩空气管，可供反洗时松动过滤层之用。外部正面有进水、出水、反洗进水及排水等，附件有管道、阀门和压力表等装置。

工作原理：

   机械过滤器是利用一种或几种过滤介质，在一定的压力下，使原液通过该介质，去除杂质，从而达到过滤的目的。其内装的填料一般为：石英砂、无烟煤、颗粒多孔陶瓷、锰砂等，用户可根据实际情况选择使用。

机械过滤器主要是利用填料来降低水中浊度，截留除去水中悬浮物、有机物、胶质颗粒、微生物、氯嗅味及部分重金属离子，使给水得到净化的水处理传统方法之一。

适应范围：可广泛应用于电子电力、石油化工、冶金电镀、造纸纺织、制药透析、食品饮料、生活饮用水、工厂企业用水、游泳池等。可满足各行业液体过滤需要。

Working principle：
