一体化污水处理设备过程描述

该设备的设计主要用于生活污水和工业有机污水的处理。处理的主要手段是采用成熟的生化处理技术与氧化槽接触。The water quality design parameters are BOD5 250mg/L, and the effluent BOD5 is 20mg/L. There are seven parts as follows: the primary settling tank; the anoxic tank; the contact oxidation tank; the two sink the pond; the pool disinfection, disinfection equipment; such as sludge pool, fan room composition. 共有七类组成：⑴初沉池；⑵缺氧池；⑶接触氧化池；⑷二沉池；⑸消毒池、消毒装置；⑹污泥池；⑺风机房组成。

沉淀池：立式沉淀池的初级沉淀池，沉淀池内污水的上升速度为0.3～0.4毫米/秒，污泥沉降至污泥池。wsz-5型及以下设备不设置初沉。

缺氧池：缺氧反硝化处理，用于设置水箱设有YDT型弹性介质作为反硝化细菌的载体，硝化液硝酸盐氨的硝化菌酸氧，减少氮，氮的去除达到缺氧保留有效时间是2.5 ~ 3.5h，溶解氧控制在0.5。

接触氧化池：污水流入接触池进行生化处理，接触池分为三级，停留时间为8h，（加强型设备接触氧化时间可达8 ~ 12h）填料的新型弹性填料，易结膜，不堵塞，接触氧化池气水比为15:1。

二沉池：生化污水流入二沉池后，竖流式沉淀池，表面负荷小于1.0m3/s /m2 h，泥泥池。

消毒池、消毒装置:消毒池按标准“TJ14-74”标准是不少于30分钟，如果医院污水，消毒池停留时间增加到1 ~ 1.5h。

污泥池：固体氯片接触溶解消毒法。该消毒器可根据输出水的大小改变剂量，达到多饮水、多药、少饮水、少加药的目的。其他消毒装置可单配制。

风机房：污水处理设备系统由微机自动控制，具有报警和报警功能。
