天通水处理设备制药废水处理方法原理

制药废水大多数具有有机物浓度高、色度高、含难降解和对微生物有毒性的物质、水质成分复杂、可生化性差等特点。废水中的残留抗生素和高浓度有机物使传统生物处理法很难达到预期的处理效果，因残留抗生素对微生物的强烈抑制作用使好氧菌中毒，造成好氧处理困难；而厌氧处理高浓度的有机物又难以满足出水达标，还需进一步处理。
制药过程中产生的有机废水是主要污染源，其废水排放量占全国废水排放量的2%。制药工业废水主要有抗生素类废水 、中药废水和化学制药废水。制药行业废水中含有的主要污染物有悬浮物(SS) 、化学需氧量(COD) 、生化需氧量(BOD) 、氨氮(NH3-N) 、挥发酚等有毒有害物质。无法直接采用生化处理工艺，天通设备采用MVR蒸发器对制药废水进行处理，回收废盐，产生的冷凝水回用。
其原理是利用高能效蒸汽压缩机压缩蒸发产生的二次蒸汽，把电能转换成热能，提高二次蒸汽的焓，被提高热能的二次蒸汽打入蒸发室进行加热，以达到循环利用二次蒸汽已有的热能，从而可以不需要外部鲜蒸汽，依靠蒸发器自循环来实现蒸发浓缩的目的。当MVR蒸发处理的饱和浓缩液满足一定的条件时（饱和度、粘稠度等），PLC控制系统将向固液分离器发出指令，阀门自动打开，浓缩液流入结晶器内。饱和浓缩液经结晶器处理，析出固体，实现固体与液体的分离。终，通过循环使用经压缩、升温、升压的二次蒸汽，实现对制药工业废水中有用物质的回收利用和制药工业废水的“零排放”。

When MVR evaporation process of liquid saturation satisfy certain conditions (saturation, viscosity, etc.), PLC control system to issue instructions, solid liquid separator valve automatically opens, concentrate in inflow crystallizer. The saturated concentrate is processed by crystallizer and precipitates out solids to realize the separation of solid and liquid. In the end, the recycle of the useful substances in the pharmaceutical industry and the "zero discharge" of the pharmaceutical waste water are realized through the reuse of compressed, heated and uppressed secondary steam.
