主要设计参数

（1）       进水格栅和固液分离机  设一道细格栅，栅条间隙5mm。固液分离机采用转筒式，带自动冲洗装置。分离出固体废弃物可以同生活垃圾一同处理。

（2）       集水井和调节池  集水井设有2台潜污泵提升废水进入调节池。调节池内设有提升泵组，将废水提升进入UASB反应器。调节池HRT=8h，有效容积1170m³，结构尺寸22.0m×12.0m×5.0m。

（3）       UASB反应器  有机负荷5.5kgCOD/(m³•d),有效容积1580m³，数量2座，单池尺寸Ø13.75m×5.65m，有效水深5.3m。设计去除效率COD85%、BOD85%、SS50%。

工艺流程

本工程工艺流程废水先经细格栅去除杂物后，经固液分离机去除麦麸等大颗粒悬浮物，后进入集水井，由潜污泵提升进入调节池，调节水量水质后经过二次提升进入UASB反应器。UASB反应器处理后的出水进入好氧SBR曝气池，处理后达标排放。设计中UASB前设有酸碱调节设施。曝气池产生的剩余污泥重力排入调节池，有调节池提升进入厌氧池。从厌氧UASB池排出的剩余污泥进入污泥浓缩池，经浓缩后由带式污泥脱水机进行脱水处理。浓缩池的上清液和脱水机房清液流回集水井。脱水后的污泥外运填埋或经堆肥等处理后制成生物有机肥。
