工程概况

某啤酒公司以大麦和大米为主要原料，辅以啤酒花和鲜酵母制造啤酒，年产啤酒10万吨。废水处理工程的设计规模为3500m³/d，合146m³/h。

1.   SBR反应器  污泥负荷0.25kgCOD/(kgMLSS•d)，有效容积1735m³，数量2座，单池尺寸Ø18.33m×4.65m，有效水深4.2m。选用膜片式微孔曝气管300根，单管长2.2m。

2.    鼓风机  SBR曝气的气水比10:1.风机选用SSR150型3台，2用1备。单台流量13.50m³/min，功率18.5Kw。

3.    污泥处理系统  污泥处理系统包括浓缩池、污泥脱水机和加药系统等。湿污泥产量140m³/d。污泥浓缩池停留时间18h，有效容积105m³，结构尺寸：Ø6.0m×6.88m,有效水深6.38m。脱水机房选用带式压滤脱水机1台，带宽1m.

  处理工艺

本工程废水中属高浓度有机废水，可生化性好，适合采用生化处理。通过工艺的选择比较设计中采用了厌氧UASB和好氧SBR的组合工艺。

针对废水悬浮物较多的特点，采用格栅和固液分离机两级预处理进行去除，避免对后续UASB的影响。

技术经济指标

本项目总体投资600万元。运行电耗0.33（Kw•h）/m³废水，直接运行费用为0.35元/m³废水。
