某化工厂污水废水处理成功案例，具体方案如下：

污泥酸化池

  浮油、浮渣及剩余污泥接入酸化池。有效容积35立方米。污泥经酸化后定期用粪车抽吸，外运与肥料。平面尺寸2.5m×3.5m,有效水深4.6m，钢筋混凝土结构，与二沉池合建。

好氧池

  HRT22.5h，V_有效=187.5m³，平面尺寸6.0m×7.5m，有效水深4.3m，总深4.6m，内设新型环状穿孔曝气管，地上钢筋混凝土结构。与缺氧池合建。

上清液计量后外排。二沉池污泥部分回流至缺氧池，气浮产生的浮油、浮渣和剩余污泥经污泥酸化池酸化后外运用作肥料。为提高本工艺的脱氮效果，在缺氧池和好氧池之间增设内循环工艺，确保出水氨氮指标合格。

依据厂里提供的数据和实测资料，设计水量为200m³/d。进水水质为pH值6~9，COD_CR≤4000mg/L，BOD₅≤1200mg/L，动植物油 ≤2000mg/L，NH3-N≤80mg/L。
