焊接式船用不锈钢空气管头-船用焊接式不锈钢透气帽

不锈钢透气帽包括不锈钢壳体、密封座、不锈钢浮筒以及不锈钢导向螺栓，所述的壳体由外壳体和内壳体采用不锈钢焊接式结构组成，外壳体由外壳顶板、外壳侧板以及外壳底板焊接，内壳体由内壳顶板、内壳侧板以及内壳底板焊接，外壳体和内壳体之间通过板条焊接，外壳体与法兰通过接管焊接。

我司采用的上述结构，对于外观缺陷修复可通过简单焊补实现，成品率达到100％；不锈钢透气帽/不锈钢空气管头重量轻，装船后可在一定程度上减轻船舶自重；由于焊接壳体强度明显优于铸造式壳体，可以提高使用寿命。
