一、涡凹气浮机简介

涡凹气浮机采用机械曝气与化学絮凝相结合的原理处理水质不同的各类污水，是污水理想的物化处理设备。在某些污染物含量轻的污水处理中，处理的清水可循环使用或达标排放，如果与生化处理技术相结合，完全可以达标处理。

二、涡凹气浮机的主要特点

1、投资省、能耗低、自动出渣无噪音，运行管理方便。

2、主要去除污水中绝大部分不可溶解COD和可以上浮（比重小于水比重）的SS和可以下沉（比重大于水比重）的SS。

3、较国内传统加压溶气式气浮系统，省掉了溶气罐、空压机、高压水泵等设备，能耗是常规气浮的1/8~1/10。

工作原理

未经过处理的污水流入装有曝气机的充气段，污水在上升的过程中通过充气段与微气泡充分混合，由于气水混合物和液体之间密度的不平衡，产生了一个垂直向上的浮力，将悬浮物带到水面。上浮过程中，微气泡会附着到悬浮物上，到达水面后悬浮物便依靠这些气泡支撑和维持在水面。浮在水面上的悬浮物间断地被链条刮泥机清除......

Working principle

Untreated sewage into the first section with inflatable aerator, water rising in the process of the inflatable section is fully mixed with the micro bubble, due to the imbalance between the density of gas water mixture and liquid, resulting in a vertical upward buoyancy, the suspension to the surface. In the process of floating, the microbubbles will attach to the suspended matter, and the suspended matter is supported and maintained on the surface of the water after reaching the surface of the water.
