一、印花机进口报关概述

1.由客户提供的印花机国外海关编码，或者具体中文名称，型号，工作原理，工作用途进一步确认。
2.国外中检：我们负责联系国外二手印花机供应商工厂或公司附近的中检公司（简称：CCIC）。
3.单证整理：根据国内外收发货人的信息和印花机信息，填写中检公司的申请书、委托书、清单、印花机原理，这四个表格我们审核。
4.交接：表格填好寄给国外中检公司，中检审核完毕会给我们CCIC编号，表示受理该业务，一般三天左右就可以安排好相关中检地点时间印花机等事宜。
5.实施：中检派人员去约好的工厂或者公司所在地去做检测，检测的话一般当天就检测完毕，具体看货量。
6.结果：中检会在三天左右就给出中检的检测报告，这样的话中检流程就算基本完成。
7.装运：中间完毕后会当场封装印花机，后边安排海运，出箱单、提单。
8.我方对中检的服务：在中检过程中审核进口单证，发货人、收货人、印花机参数、海关编码等信息，确保跟进口的时候在海关申报、报检时候的一致。
