二、印花机进口报关需要的时间: 
1. 提前备案所需时间：10—15天。 
2. 安排中检：4-5天。 
3. 申请进口许可证:约15个工作天 
4. 驳船：2个天。 
5. 申报，在单证和审价没有问题的情况下，约3—7天。

三、印花机设备进口需要单证批文
A） 办理旧印花机产品装运前检验检疫证书：香港中检/国外预检
通常建议客户直接发货到香港，我司在旧设备到港前申请旧设备中检，货物到港后将货物拉到我司仓库，然后联系并配合中检人员办理中检。一般上香港中检需要10个工作日左右的时间，从约检到出证。
注意事项：
1）中文安全标识（没有中文标识的，要先加贴中文标识）；
2）清洗机器（旧机器表面比较脏的要先清洗干净再做中检）
3）铭牌（建议保留原装的铭牌，没有铭牌或者改过铭牌的会对清关环节造成不便。）
B） 办理自动进口许可证（即印花机证）：分地方审批（省局）及北京商务部审批两种。
印花机证是针对监管条件有“O”的进口新旧设备才要办理的，普通印花机证办理需要7-10个工作日左右时间，旧印花机的印花机证由于要商务部审批一般上都要15-20个工作日左右。另外单台货值超过100万的进口新机床设备涉及到招标问题，旧设备则不用。

Matters needing attention：

B) for automatic import license (i.e. printing machine card): local approval (province) and the Beijing Ministry of Commerce for approval two.

四：缴税  客户自行缴税或者打税到我司账户/代缴
