二、食品进口报关流程：
一）：换单：
船到目的港之前请备好正本提单，尽量提供海运提单而不是货代提单，以便降低换单成本。
二）：报检：
1.食品安全承诺书
2.样标及中文标签样稿
3.进口食品包装情况说明（采用木托包装的，还审核出口国出具的“熏蒸证明”。）
三）：报关：
各类文件请务必准备，产品情况说明不能漏
四）：关税：
1.海关进行审价（海关审价人员对所申报进口食品到岸价真实性的审查）
2.原产地证准确无误，可享受区域特殊优惠的，需要将成分标注在产地证上
五）：抽检：
1.审核食品标签字体、写作规范与否，标签所列成分是否符合要求
2.提供进口货物清单，获取卫生证
六）：送货：
需要提供资料： 产地证、卫生证、合同、提单、装箱单、发彯、换单委托函、报检委托函、报关委托函、营业执照复印件、允许销售证明、产品检测报告、商标授权。

Six）: delivery:

四、糕点进口清关注意事项及清关时间
1、标签样张不符合商检标准要求 （整改）
2、检验结果不达标 （办理退港审批手续、删单退税，或者国内销毁）
3、标签加贴不符合样张样式 （整改重贴）
4、报关外转核价 （提供价格资料或估价）
5、货物未取得卫生证书销售 （将被商检罚款，严重者吊销经营资格）

2.驳船，海运
3.申报，在单证和审价没有问题的情况下，约3天。
4.抽样，化验，出报告
5.清关后内陆陆运或驳配送至厂家。
