腐竹油皮生产线的制作流程：

原料大豆→清选→脱皮→浸泡→磨浆→滤浆→煮浆→揭竹→烘干→包装→成品

1.选料：

原料要选择新鲜、含蛋白质和脂肪多而没有杂色豆的黄豆。

2.泡料：

浸豆水量为大豆4倍左右，以豆胀后不露水面为要求。一般浸泡时间冬天为16～20小时，春、秋季节8～12小时，夏天为6小时左右。泡好的大豆含水。

3.磨浆：

4.过滤：

8.干燥：

干燥室的温度要保持在40℃以上，干燥时间为12小时左右。

9.成品：

品质优良的腐竹呈金黄色，不折、不碎、无湿心，水分不超过10%。
