一、电控系统：进口原装 PLC 电脑加入机界面（中文或英文）控制，彩色触摸式操作屏操作。所有工艺设定、改变、检索、监控故障诊断等功能均在触摸屏上实现，无点接触工作原理，元器件。

二、液压系统：比例压力控制，配备品牌油研液压元器件，稳定可靠。

三、塑化系统：塑化混炼螺杆，确保塑料塑化充分、均匀。

四、调速系统：变频调速 + 合金钢硬齿面减速箱，调速平稳，噪音低，。

五、开合模、移模系统：移模和开合模都采用双线导轨的合模机构，精度高，阻力小、速度快。
